HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
After your order, you will receive an email with your tracking information. You can also log into your account to track your orders.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY ORDER?
1-2 days. Orders are processed Monday-Friday.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
No we do not ship internationally at the moment.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days from delivery to initiate an exchange or return. We offer 1 free exchange and products must not have been worn. We verify through photos before an authorization is issued. If photos are not accurate, we reserve the right to refuse the return. Also, customers will be responsible for shipping charges back to our return department. Contact us at customerservice@augustinoluxe.com to initiate a return.

All products that we sell are new. We don't sell any used or refurbished products.
